"Best Practices"

by Rich Carducci

Continuous Improvement Director
MSSL Wiring Systems Inc

About the Preclinic:

Group Discussion:  My most memorable problem solving experience.

About the Program:

All companies strive to establish the best way in which to perform their job. Benchmarking and Kaizen activities are a couple of examples of how facilities strive to improve processes so they can become more efficient and deliver better quality. The Best Practice approach certainly utilizes these tools to drive improvement but for true transformational results, Best Practices must also strive to change a culture of an organization. This presentation will look what exactly is Best Practices, what it truly means to an organization and will review MWSIs approach of how they are establishing a Best Practice culture throughout the organization.
